Hiking
The statue of two walking women is a gift to the city from the Italian Gianfranco Traverso (72) and the artist Leonardo Lustig.
It was first unveiled in June 2016 during the Midnight Sun Marathon (MSM) – then outside the Cultural Center. It remained there until the end of August and then disappeared into a warehouse.
It was given its new location in June 2017: it is not by chance that the ladies walk into the city, as the head of the Municipal Sports & Culture Department emphasizes.
