Tips
Here in the eastern Ruhr area there used to be many small coal mines that connected the various mining sites. This was one such track. Today, instead of the railway tracks, there is a wonderful cycle path that runs for about 15 kilometers between Kamen and Bönen on the former railway line and is really nice to ride on.
