For a long time on the cycle path from Sint Philipsland to Steenbergen there is nothing but cycle path and flat land. A mill is certainly an eye-catcher.
The Vos or Heense mill is a round stone mill from 1714.
The mill was powered by wind power until 1961 and was bought and restored by the then municipality of Nieuw-Vossemeer in 1979.
