The dragon hangs opposite the "Pėda" art gallery on Vežėjų Street. The 3.5-meter-long figure is made of steel and commemorates a legend that is supposed to give us an explanation of the name Klaipėda. It is a gift from the sculptor Vytautas Karčiauskas.
