Hiking

Do not be deceived by the appearance of this inconspicuous house, located on the slope outside the village, as it is a disguised object from the time of the so-called "Cold War". In the event of a military attack on the Federal Republic, the state government of North Rhine-Westphalia could have taken refuge here in safety.

Incidentally, it also exists in the komoot system under =>> komoot.com/de-de/highlight/203036

Hiking

This place is a striking reminder of the madness of the Cold War and is definitely worth a visit. The tour given by the owner is top notch! Remember to wear sturdy shoes and warm clothing, as the temperature in the bunker is only 7 degrees.
