The promenade road runs from the Faro lighthouse to Playa de Meloneras along the sea and partly has a separate cycle path, so there is enough space for both parties. The garden at the lighthouse is very nice, along with many restaurants, cafes and shops, but also enough seating for relaxation.

Promenade on the Atlantic Ocean in Meloneras. In 1999, the dwelling (Casa Lola) of an emigrated painter from Germany stood directly at the lighthouse. On the way to the dunes you could watch him painting. The only hotel behind the lighthouse was the Riu Palace. Then one plant after another was pulled up.
