The entire cycle path from Bad Bad Neustadt to Bad Königshofen is 27.3 km long. Approximately 11.7 km of this is on the former railway line; between Hollstadt and Saal the cycle path runs away from the railway line on the northern side of the Franconian Saale at a considerable distance from the federal highway.
