A somewhat hidden beautiful viewpoint behind the church with a small wooden bench and great views when the trees have no leaves. Otherwise the surrounding trees will unfortunately hinder the view. The way down from Börnsen up the Kirchweg is very steep! If you like it easier, you drive from the direction of the Dalbekschlucht, this is a route without steep inclines.

Church Börnsen - If you come from the Geest and don't want to go halfway down the mountain and then up again, turn left in the village - towards the school and community center, follow the street on the right (the school is on the left) and turn right in front of the tennis hall onto the narrow walkway and bike path and then comes out directly at the church.
