A courtyard inside Sera Monastery in which the monks have teaching debates every day from 3pm to 5-ish.
Visiting and listening is welcome, joining into the debates is not. But interesting to watch. I definitely would recommend to visit at or shortly after 3pm and make your way to the Debating Courtyard first.
