The stork nest on the old Rodenbach defense tower is the pride of the place. There are now nine such nests in Rodenbach, all of which are inhabited and incubated. On average, a pair of storks raises two young per year and reliably returns to their eyrie every year. This is the reason why there are more and more storks in the Kinzig valley. We love these animals!
