One of a confusing variety of Busk Lanes in the area (the word 'Busk' simply means clearing in the - now nonexistent - forest). This is a great paved track with some spectacular views, which can nevertheless hold startling quantities of water when the weather is inclement.

It's also a Byway Open To All Traffic (BOAT) which means you will encounter the occasional 4x4, so keep an eye out.

Nice high level route linking Wensleydale & Wharfdale. This top section is easy going. The descent in either direction needs a little care as the surface is quite loose & the gravel is distinctly 'chunky'!
