Not only is the facade of our cozy restaurant in excellent condition, the interior also breathes history. In the hall, original stone slabs from the 17th century form the floor. At the regulars' table, guests enjoy their Hohenfelder beer or their dinner under a fabulous chandelier made by artists from the Wiedenbrück school.

The food in the Fox Cave was very good. The ambience is simply wonderful, and in keeping with the half-timbering, there are also lots of beams inside. It's nice that it hasn't been trimmed to look modern.
