Once an order of the Antonians.
Since 1996, the renovated complex has housed the museums in the Antonierhaus, the city library, a café and a central event location (Antoniersaal).
The Antonierhaus combines a documentation of the cultural and historical significance of the order and the everyday historical environment, as well as the presentation of the works of one of the most famous Memmingen artist sons, Bernhard Strigel, an artist at the turn of the late Middle Ages to the modern era.
