Hiking

A bizarre forest of beech, hornbeam, and oak has clung to the rocky steep slopes of the Eder and in the surrounding forests. In the Kellerwald-Edersee National Park, many plants also grow: Asparagus-leaved lily, Large-flowered foxglove, Swallow-wort, and Rock Cotoneaster thrive in the sparse growth.
