The abandoned Schafhausen train station, approx. 1km from the actual place. Located on the Württemberg Black Forest Railway, which will be reactivated in the foreseeable future: as the Hermann-Hesse Railway.

Hiking
The station and railway line (Württembergische Schwarzwaldbahn) have been shut down for 40 years. Accordingly, everything is run down and overgrown. In 2023, rail operations are to be resumed as the "Hermann-Hesse-Bahn", but with a different route and without this station.
