Auenpark and Auensee Marktredwitz

Marktredwitz has many green oases. The most popular is probably the Auenpark, which was created in 2006 as part of the cross-border Landesgartenschau Marktredwitz-Eger. Whether a picnic with a view of the Auensee or a leisurely walk past colorful flower beds - the sun-drenched park offers many opportunities for the whole family. Children can let off steam at two playgrounds. A café invites visitors to take a leisurely break on the park terrace. However, there has been a large construction site there since September 2021, access from Fabrikstraße/Dörflaser Platz will be diverted.

In summer it is beautiful here. The facility is also very well maintained.

On the occasion of the "Unlimited Garden Show Marktredwitz / Eger", the beautiful floodplain park with lake, water playgrounds, terrace and observation tower was created in 2006.
