Road cycling
the nicer route to the trackside path to Pasila (the scenery around Töölönlahti bay is just a bonus), on the more closely trackside route on this side there is a fairly nasty climb (short but steep and narrow with poor visibility, also often crowded with pedestrians) heading north and quite a bit more climbing going the other way as well

Road cycling
the Töölönlahti section is closed for cycling (and a construction site for pedestrians), the official detour is via Mannerheimintie and Helsinginkatu but I’d rather recommend riding next to the tracks instead (if you don’t like steep climbs, take the east side komoot.com/highlight/7515607 heading north and the west side (via Linnunlauluntie) heading south)
