Known locally as the “Isle of Skye” after a long-since closed pub. A long, steady, almost alpine-like climb. Nice views across Dovestones reservoir. There tend to be a lot of parked cars along the road on nice days.

A really great long climb which gradually takes you above Dovestone Reservoir - can be tough, but opportunities to stop regain some energy to make it all the way to the top. the views are incredible also.
