The name "Pfeifen-Pfahl" comes from Low German and describes an upside-down tobacco pipe. The clear spring water is of drinking quality and you can fill up your empty water bottle here along the way. It is one of numerous springs in the Huy area that you can hike to on the approximately 35 km long spring (circular) trail.
