Not quite visible from the path, but to the West of here there is North Tyneside’s sundial atop a small hill. Follow this oath south, take your first right, and then your second right at the lake. You’ll see the sundial & the path / steps up to it in front of you. There’s a lovely view across North Tyneside from it!
