The tourist information is located at the southern entrance to Agueda, immediately to the left behind the bridge. You can ask for the key to the toilet there. It is especially a good place to stop for women after the long walk through the industrial area. There is also a stamp for the pilgrim's passport. The staff doesn't necessarily speak much English, but you can communicate.
