Built in the 1930s, the park connects the "Frankenberg" with the Wiembach settlement in the valley. The sky ladder, also a historic staircase, leads from the forested mountain down into a spacious, meadow-covered park landscape and directly to two bridges - the Wupper bridge and the "vaulted bridge".
