The Calvary Cross is a cast iron cross with an open-air Stations of the Cross at its foot from 1929, consisting of seven monoliths (made from one piece of stone) with Stations of the Cross scenes on either side.
The cross was consecrated on May 5, 1901 to dedicate the 20th century to Christ. Until the start of the First World War, this blessing was commemorated here annually on the occasion of "Kermis Heide", on the first Sunday in May.

Hiking

A first iron cross was dedicated on May 5, 1901. It was a tribute to Christ to dedicate the 20th century to him. With the construction of the first water reservoir after WWII, the cross had to disappear. It was moved to its current location, placed on a calvary and equipped with an altar and stations of the cross with 7 chapels and 14 stations
