A place with a very checkered history. Built in 1532 as a monastery, the Ermita de Nuestra Senora de las Nieves became the Hermitage in the following years, but was destroyed at the beginning of the 18th century. In 1717 the Hermitage was rebuilt by Cristóbal del Castillo, who has been the founder of the Hermitage ever since.

Near the Ermita de Nuestra Senora de las Nieves is the Diedo de Dias restaurant, which is very popular with the locals.

The chapel of Our Lady of the Snow (Ermita Nuestra Sra de las Nieves) is a beautiful church building, unfortunately it is usually closed so that you can rarely see it from the inside. But it is also beautiful to look at from the outside and is therefore often photographed.
