In January (2024) a new bicycle route was opened here that connects Lüchow and Wustrow. The surface of the former (motor vehicle) road was renewed. Residents are still allowed to drive to their properties here, but cyclists have priority on this street. In principle, overtaking cyclists is not possible here because the road is not wide enough for cars to keep the required 2 meter safety distance. I'm curious to see whether car drivers stick to it, unfortunately my experiences so far have been largely different.
