From the bridge you have a great view of the Jeetzel. In a south-easterly direction you can see the mouth of the Lucie Canal in the (Neue) Jeetzel. If you want to continue here in the direction of Lüchow, you should stay on the right side of the dike, on the left side it goes (along the Lucie Canal) to Seerau in der Lucie.
