If you would like the tour to be a little bigger, you can extend the circuit around the Dieksee, which we only touched on to the south. North of the Dieksee you go over the Schäferbrücke to the other bank. In addition to the stone church, the Buchholz ice garden is definitely worth a visit (daily except Mondays!).
