Former fish market in Karlskrona: Located directly on the waterfront, Fisktorget once served as Karlskrona's fish and vegetable market. Today, the square, within sight of the old Sergeant's Palace, Grevagården, with the Blekinge Museum, is a hub for numerous boat tours to the islands in the Karlskrona archipelago.

The Fisktorget was used as a market place for over 300 years. Initially, it was the Wachtmeister family who sold agricultural products on the jetty of their palace.
