Imposante Wendeltreppe. Die 300 Stufen sind keine Herausforderung, aber der Tiefblick im Inneren stellt so einige vor Probleme. Im Museum gibt's noch was zur Technik zu lernen.

🇫🇷 Kathedrale von Royan
Wenn man mit der Fähre über die Garonne Mündung fährt, sieht man in Royan von weitem ein Gebäude irgendwo zwischen Cite du vin, Fabrik und Kirche.
Letzteres ist richtig und lohnt einer näheren Betrachtung.
Der ungewöhnliche Betonbau erinnert mich an die Eismeerkathedrale in Tromsø
