Tromtö is known for its beautiful beech forest and invites to walks through this beautiful landscape with coastal character, farmland and oak groves.
Tromtö used to be part of a manor that belonged to the Johannishus Gods estate. South of Tromtö Manor is a so-called "English Park" and the walkways around a wooded hill stand out clearly from the landscape. On the east side, these paths lead to a viewpoint overlooking Västra Fjärden.

Hiking

Blekinge has a lot of beautiful nature reserves to offer. The Tromtö peninsula is one of them. Tromtö is located just outside the gates of Karlskrona. Between Ronneby and Karlskrona on the E22 take the exit towards Almö / Hasslö in a roundabout. After about 2km there is a parking lot directly at the Gravfält = tomb. From there, hiking trails pass through 2 nature reserves, Vambåsa or Tromtö on the other side of the road. At the cafe, which is 100m from the parking lot, there is an information board.
