Hiking

The barbecue and rest area is beautifully located in the forest and invites you to linger. In addition to the grill, there are various benches (some of which are covered) and a fountain. The route from Zimmerhof to the barbecue area is really very beautiful and leads past the stream, through the forest and past the Sommersbacher mill with its game reserve.

The barbecue area was there when I was a child...it's a shame that everything has to be chained up and protected from vandalism...but it's very nicely done with the great fountain and the arbor.
