A massive city tower stands between the church, the river, and the park. The park has a charging station for e-bikes, and on the other side of the river is a small parking area for camper vans.

15th / 16th century, Münsterdeich / Drengfurter Straße: round brick tower of moderate height. The few openings changed: some old loopholes with old sandstone frames and a door about 4 m high. New conical roof over newly built-up upper edge. In the 19th century the tower had battlements and a flat roof.
