Hiking

The climb to Qafa e Qershisë winds steeply through the deciduous forest of the Dajti massif, where the path crosses the contour lines almost perpendicularly. The route is short but intense: narrow forest sections, rocky steps, and a constant incline that only flattens out above the tree line. The pass marks the transition from dense forest to open high-altitude zones and is the moment when the mountain fully opens up towards the ridge and the higher routes.
