Climbed from the east side and warned against that. Many kilometers with double percentages, which makes this a really tough climb. But if you survive it, it is wonderful!

It is best to drive the pass from Canazei. Much more attractive in terms of landscape and you don't have to struggle over the ramps on the east side. The descent on the east side can be enjoyed so much more, as the road is clearly visible over longer sections and at the same time has high gradient values.
