The mountain park belongs to Villa Anna, which was built by the Frankfurt banker Neufville in the second half of the 19th century. In addition to the viewing point at this point, the park also includes the Neufville Tower, the pigeon house on a small meadow with a small pond and two small houses, which are said to have an Alpine style. This also includes the Schweizerhaus, which stands just a few meters above Villa Anna. All buildings are located in a forest that was also created as a park and was provided with a variety of trees. Unfortunately, the mountain park does not appear to be well maintained and is rather overgrown. There is a 'Villa Anna circular route', but it is not easy to find on the site. Fallen trees are currently making the path difficult. In addition, Villa Anna is private property.Another note: The narrow path from the viewpoint downhill to the parking lot at Eppstein train station has recently been designated as private property, so passing through it is undesirable. You would walk through nettles and blackberry hedges just before the parking lot anyway, especially in summer. You are therefore referred to the 'Villa Anna circular route'......
