The company owes its name to the side stream in Waldenbuch, in whose valley the mill of Mr. Pfannenschwarz's parents is located. The special mixture is still one of the 43 different Seitenbacher mueslis that are also available in the mill shop at the Seitenbachmühle in Waldenbuch, along with flour, cereals, homemade pasta, oils, homemade bread baking mixes, as well as meat and canned pork sausage and fallow deer meat (only in the pre-Christmas period) can be bought from our own rearing.
