Having gone past lots of scary looking Ministry of Defence signs, I didn't feel very obedient when I saw the sign saying "Cyclists dismount", but you should obey as it's very steep.

Hiking

This little waterfall appears early in the walk but it’s shaded and cooler than the main trail. Take a moment out of the sun to recharge. We avoided crossing the “bridge” that bypasses the waterfall on the way in but did so on the way out. There are some decaying bits on the walkway so mind where you step.
