About Michèle Linton-Sinclair
I am a sexagenarian pescatarian cyclist who suffers from Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (M.E.) and Pulmonary Sarcoidosis which means I have only 60% lung capacity. I also have a hand and leg injury. I was unable to cycle for 12 years and only returned back in 2018. All the above affect my cycling but no longer stop or define me and I was advised to cycle by my specialist. I like to get away to different places to cycle and am inspired by art, nature and the scenery I see while cycling. I also take part in challenges to raise money for various charities.I have also recently been described by Simon Richardson of Cycling Weekly as a one woman promotions machine for cycling in Scotland through my photography of my cycling journeys.
I am now starting to record the occasional journey in video.youtube.com/@SwampyDuckRidesAgain3636Recently I haven’t been able to cycle as much as I did in the past wee while due to my other half being diagnosed with terminal cancer. Then just to add to it all I am now dealing with a diabetic cat so my cycling is going to be governed by this so it looks like local adventures for now 🚴🏻♀️

So it was bugging me that my reverse of this route hadn’t recorded but I now know it took me a different way in places and was a nightmare in Kilmarnock and slightly longer as I’d missed out Kay Park.
