A path runs below the Berghotel Bastei from which you have a wonderful view of the Ferdinand Tower and into the Wehlgrund to the rock stage. If you look closely, you can see the ants on the Ferdinand Tower shooting one of the most famous photo motifs in Saxon Switzerland, the Bastei Bridge.
