Tips
Gate built in the 19th century, at the same time as the citadel. It allowed entry into the camp entrenched between the citadel and the city center via the Vesoul road. The central part was destroyed, as well as part of the adjacent wall, and the ditch was filled in, in order to pass the current national road.
