The Rodachtal Initiative, with its current eleven municipalities, pursues the goals of jointly developing and implementing projects on the topics of building and living, public services, tourism, baking and brewing or other common challenges. In addition, networking and cooperation between different actors from the region is an important task of the initiative. The Rodachtal Initiative was founded as an association in 2001 as a platform for these joint activities, and since then intercommunal goals have been implemented step by step with an integrated and cross-border regional approach.
