From here, you have fantastic views of the Sallingsund Bridge, built in 1978.At 1,730 meters, it is the second-longest bridge in Denmark, and you can easily cross the Sallingsund by bike with uniquely beautiful views. I highly recommend it.The roadway is 30.5 meters above the water surface and 16 meters wide, with two sidewalks, two bike paths, and two carriageways. Outside, there is a strong railing, which is partially closed due to northwest storms. The free clearance is 26 meters between piers 8-9 and 9-10, where the water depth is 15 meters. A great deal of material was used for the bridge, including 12,000 m³ of concrete and 1,700 tons of reinforcement. The bridge has windscreens for traffic safety. Therefore, unfortunately, there is no view for passengers in cars. Therefore, it is recommended to park your car at the parking lot in Legind Bjerge to take a walk on the bridge.visitmors.de/mors/plan-reise/die-sallingsund-bruecke-gdk602408

The Salling nature cycle route from Skive to Glyngøre N2 is highly recommended. Still passable even in strong winds.
