Hiking
Very nice adventure trail that was a lot of fun especially for my daughter. It was hard to get through with a bike, therefore a real hiking highlight.

Hiking
Really nice path along the Oefter Bach with lots of nice places to rest. Mostly to walk directly at the stream and sometimes very narrow and interesting. There are various variants to get back on the main routes (or to the Ruhrlandklinik). A small pond at the end of the path is now completely overgrown.

Hiking
Best course route, especially exciting during floods. Really demanding and wild.
This part of the Oefterbach valley is one of our favorite routes in the region. Lots of fallen trees that we have to climb over or crawl under. In addition, always lonely and calm, sometimes with roe deer. Therefore, this route is only suitable for hikers who love "adverse" conditions. It is fascinating that such a stimulating wilderness can be found so close to the buildings.
