The Igreja de Nossa Senhora das Ondas in Tavira, Portugal, is a 16th-century church built by fishermen and sailors in honor of their patron saint. It combines Renaissance and Baroque elements and features a remarkable painted wooden ceiling from 1765. After being damaged by the 1755 earthquake, the church was restored and is now recognized as a cultural heritage site and a symbol of Tavira's maritime history.

By the Brotherhood of Saint Peter, built in the first half of the 16th century. An earthquake around 1755 caused extensive damage and was then rebuilt. Beautiful ceiling fresco.
