Tips
The Protestant Johanneskirche in Olnhausen was built in 1408. This is evidenced by a stonemason's mark on the sacristy: "Built in the year of the Lord 1408 by Bishop Reinhard" (translated). There probably used to be a wooden church or a previous building here.
The church organ was built by the master Georg Ludwig Mezler between 1796 and 1800. Inside you will also find two Roman altar stones and a crucifix from 1668.translated by
