The castle Jagsthausen is also called Old Castle or Götzenburg. The latter in reference to Goethe's work Götz von Berlichingen. In the castle there is a hotel with a cozy beer garden.

The Schlosshotel Götzenburg has been newly renovated and is currently being run as a Hotel Garni. There is a wonderful restaurant with a beer garden in the "Red Castle" directly opposite the Götzenburg for a "delicious & relaxed" cyclist's break. The kitchen works with regional products and there are game dishes "from our own hunt".
