The Paradis Tower, also Tour des Finances de Liège, is a Belgian skyscraper in Liège. The tower was designed by the association of the architectural firms M. & J-M. Jaspers & J. Eyers & Partners and Bureau Greisch. The building, completed in 2014, is 136 m high and the fifth tallest building in Belgium and the tallest building in the country not located in Brussels. The height without antenna is 118 m. The building in the Guillemins district is located between the Liège-Guillemins railway station and the Meuse. The construction period ran from March 2013 to May 2014. At the end of 2014, the 1,100 civil servants of the regional headquarters of the Federal Public Service Finance moved into the 27 floors of the building. The building cost €95 million and has a surface area of 52,502 m². The building also has three underground levels with a parking lot for 325 cars and 50 bicycles.

After the move, two old office buildings of the FPS Finance could be demolished, and the Esplanade des Guillemins, a large station square, could be built between the tower and the station in 2015.
