typical bike paths (brand new high-quality path just east of Herttoniemi metrro, bad/meh in the Herttoniemi industrial area, good/okay elsewhere), a bicycle street in Kulosaari and some residential streets in the east where using the bike path makes no sense, all pretty much within hearing distance of the Itäväylä expressway = mostly not all that entertaining but gets the job done, only 3 traffic lights on the whole segment and all but one of those can be avoided if you change sides more creatively
