This warehouse was built during the construction of the new district and the redesign of the port of Valencia in 1910. The construction work was supervised by the engineers José Mª Fuster and Fausto Elio. Particularly noteworthy is the Art Nouveau decoration with reliefs showing motifs from commercial life and shipping, as well as the multi-colored ceramic mosaics with typical Valencian themes: oranges, grapes and other fruits.In the evenings, various fitness groups also meet here to do some exercise together.
