Modernist building by the architect Demetrio Ribes that was inaugurated in 1917. Both the exterior and the interior finishes show a high degree of finishing, paying tribute to Valencian industry, and in particular to the orange. The facades have certain Gothic elements reminiscent of the Lonja. The great quality of the mosaics in the ceilings, floors and walls is striking, as is the ironwork and the wealth of ceramics with flashy colors.
